It has been an incredible experience being able to watch the software grow over the years and become, in our opinion, the most premier blog on the internet today. So, do you ever wonder where exactly Matt started brainstorming the idea about WordPress? Well, there is a post from the archives on his website, ma.tt, from 5 years ago that expresses his thoughts towards someday creating this wonderful thing called WordPress. That someday eventually turned into millions of blogs, thousands of design jobs, and the ability to create content on the web in an easy to use platform for anybody with access to the internet.
